RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGES

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@labelsugi.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

  1. The product/s are returned after use
  2. The products are damaged

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on sales@labelsugi.com on the same email thread.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

If you have received a defective product, share images at sales@labelsugi.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours
Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Cancellation and refund are not possible against any orders.
  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit as immediate.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of receiving the order.
